1) Please confirm the title of the paper (          ) (need to be filled in for confirmation). In addition, please confirm the names and order of the authors, author affiliations, fund project name and project number, author profile, etc. If you have any changes, please fill in the following (        ). After signing this agreement, our journal will no longer accept related changes. Before the article is first published online and before it is officially published (about 1 month before official publication), a notification and article sample will be sent to you via email. Please review and respond in time.

2) Please ensure that the article is not submitted for multiple submissions. If there are other public publications that have been published earlier (including dissertations that have been or will be online), or there are copyright issues or the author's reasons for withdrawing the manuscript, our journal will not return it. Publication fees paid. Our journal is not responsible for verifying the source of the article content. If there are falsified data or copyright disputes, the author will be solely responsible. The content of the article is required to comply with national laws and regulations. Our journal has the right to appropriately delete or modify the article in accordance with relevant regulations and format requirements. Before the paper is officially published, please do not disseminate it on the Internet or WeChat, or publish it in publicly published proceedings.

3) After the paper is published, if it is found that there is serious plagiarism, duplication of manuscripts, or falsification of data, our journal will have the right to issue a "withdrawal of the manuscript" statement.

4) This journal is open access and can be accessed through the journal’s website (www.itapress.cn). The license is Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). For details, please see https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/.

5) The author voluntarily authorizes our journal the rights to reproduce, compile, distribute, and information network disseminate the paper within the copyright protection period (including digital methods), and our journal can sub-authorize the above rights to third parties. The author's copyright royalties for included papers and the journal's royalties will be paid in one lump sum and will not be paid separately. The author's submission of an article to this journal for publication is deemed to be agreement with the above statement of our journal.

6) Our journal has joined the CNKI Network First Journal (CAJ-N). Once the manuscripts accepted by our journal go through the acceptance procedures and sign this agreement, the acceptance will be finalized. The paper will be officially published after the final accepted version is first published on CNKI. Authors can download the paper publication certificate (currently it can only be downloaded through the editorial department at CNKI). After the final draft is accepted and selected for first publication, the title, author, institution name, and key research content of the paper must not be modified. Only a small amount of text modifications can be made based on editorial standards. Please carefully choose whether to agree to the first release (Yes □ No □)

If you do not agree to this agreement, please send a retraction email to the editorial department so that the editorial department can handle it in a timely manner.
